Discipleship at Christ Church

When we talk about our church as a family learning to follow Jesus, we’ll sometimes use the word discipleship as shorthand for ‘learning to follow Jesus.’

This is how we believe discipleship can – and most likely will – happen for those of us who make up Christ Church:

Show up at our weekly gathering. Come ready to hear from God. Come ready to serve and love on the people God puts in your path.

Get into a community group. Become part of a family. Make your life available. Filter everything through the reality created by the gospel.

Join a fight club. Grab a couple of people from your community group. Open the Bible. Learn what it says. Use that information in your fight to hate sin and love Jesus.
